Eugene is a Musculoskeletal/Sports Physiotherapist who received rigorous training in both Singapore and Ireland. Eugene's journey in physiotherapy has spanned various settings—from acute and subacute to community and clinic environments—equipping him with a broad perspective on rehabilitation and patient care.
Eugene brings a wealth of expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, complemented by a profound understanding of geriatric care. A standout aspect of his practice is his dedication to trauma and pitch side care—a passion that has been a constant since his days as a young first aider. Eugene's comprehensive skill set, which marries his early training in first aid with his professional medical and physiotherapy knowledge, makes him an invaluable asset in supporting athletes through their entire journey from injury to full return to play.
Eugene's approach to rehabilitation is rooted in evidence-based, patient-centric practices. Besides utilizing adjuncts such as manual therapy, dry needling, taping, orthotics, and electrotherapy to aid recovery. He keeps a keen eye on the latest research to safely incorporate novel approaches that improve clinical outcomes.
Eugene's commitment to health education and community service has led him to collaborate with public institutions such as the Infocomm Media Development Authority and Temasek Polytechnic, providing valuable health education to the public. He also serves as a consultant to private clinics, offering his expertise in the management of chronic pain and orthopaedic patients.
Eugene takes great pride in mentoring undergraduate physiotherapists from his alma mater, guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals. Additionally, he has provided pro bono services in partnership with National University of Singapore's Medical Society, further underscoring his dedication to giving back to the community and supporting the health and wellness of those in need.

CANDICE YEO

Principal Physiotherapist
Candice graduated in 2009 from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) degree under the National Healthcare Group Scholarship Program. Over the past decade, she amassed extensive experience in restructured and private hospitals; including clinical supervision and education. Candice is highly skilled in treating musculoskeletal, sporting injuries and geriatric syndromes. She also lectures at Institutes of Higher Learning for courses in rehabilitation and gerontology. Candice spends much of her leisure hours watching documentaries, reading or travelling.

NICOLE CHUA
Clinical Pilates Instructor
Nicole developed her passion for ballet and dance at the early age of 5 when she joined the Singapore Ballet Academy, dancing with them for 12 years until she moved to the U.S. to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She moved back to Singapore and worked in the social media and IT sectors, before she reawakened her love for dance and movement through Pilates.
Having experienced the benefits of Pilates, Nicole decided to make a career switch and pursue teaching movement full time. She loves that it is a job she enjoys while she is able to inspire her clients to be stronger, more body aware, improve their posture and overall quality of life. She believes that Pilates helps to energise and restore the body while focusing on control, mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. Today, Nicole is a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience.
She specializes in Pilates for knee stability and function, back care for patients with various spine conditions such as slipped disc and scoliosis, sports conditioning, pre and post natal Pilates, Pilates for menopause, cancer rehabilitation, and is trained in Fascial movement by the Merrithew education center.
She also has a strong interest in working with senior clients, and has worked closely with dialysis patients and clients with Parkinson’s. Her extensive knowledge and holistic approach allow her to design programmes specially suited for individual needs, that help each client achieve their goals safely and effectively.

Gemhl is a fully certified STOTT PILATES®️ instructor, holding Full Certification at Levels 1 & 2. Having over seven years of teaching experience, she specializes in tailoring Pilates programs to align with individual fitness goals, delivering sessions that are both invigorating and accessible, including for clients undergoing rehabilitation and clinical care.
Gemhl's commitment to women’s health shines through her expertise in leading prenatal and postnatal classes and supporting clients in recovering from Diastasis Recti. As a certified Pre & Post-natal and Diastasis Recti Recovery Specialist, she is dedicated to guiding clients through these transformative journeys. Additionally, Gemhl has earned recognition as a Pilates for Menopause Specialist by The Center for Women’s Fitness, enriching her comprehensive approach to women’s wellness.
Furthermore, Gemhl enriches her holistic approach to movement and wellness through her training in Fascial Movement with Merrithew Education. This additional expertise enhances her ability to address the interconnectedness of body and mind in her practice. Beyond her client work, Gemhl shares her knowledge and experience by mentoring and coaching junior Pilates instructors. She provides invaluable guidance on effective teaching methods tailored for diverse settings, including group sessions and specialized classes, ensuring the highest standards of instruction are maintained.
